Giveaway terms and conditions

1. Organizer

3. Entry period
   The giveaway opens on April 29 and closes on May 4 ⁠. Winner selected on 5 May 2026. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
4. Eligibility
   Participation is free of charge and open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees of the organizer and anyone directly involved in the management of this giveaway may not participate. Participation is limited to one entry per person.
5. How to participate
   To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form made available by the organizer. By submitting the form, participants confirm that the information provided is true and complete.
6. Prize
   The prize consists of one private sunset cruise experience in Mallorca, organized by Easyboats. The prize is subject to availability and must be used on a date agreed with the organizer (May-June 2026). The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and may not be modified or resold. Location: Puerto Andratx. Duration: Approx. 2-3 hours. Includes: Skipper + Refreshments.
7. Winner selection
   The winner will be selected on 5 May 2026 by random draw from all valid entries received within the entry period.
8. Winner contact
   The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided in the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. General conditions
   The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, or does not comply with these terms. The organizer also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary for justified reasons.
10. Liability
    The organizer shall not be liable for technical failures, interruptions, unavailable links, incomplete entries, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the giveaway.
11. Data protection
    The data controller is VILAMOSA 2010 S.L., contact email info@easyboats.com. Personal data provided by participants will be processed for the purpose of managing participation in the giveaway, selecting the winner, contacting the winner, and arranging the prize. Data will not be used for marketing unless the participant has given separate consent. Participants may exercise their applicable data protection rights by contacting info@easyboats.com. 12. Acceptance of the terms
    Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
    This giveaway shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with this giveaway shall be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, as stated in Easyboats’ legal information
